We understand that this is a very worrying time for relatives and those looking at admitting a loved one into any care home. However, we at Complete Care Homes would like to reassure you that we are doing over and above the Government National Guidelines to continue to run our homes with the utmost professionalism. Safety is of paramount importance, to ensure your loved one receives the highest possible level of care, whilst still enjoying a relaxing and enjoyable home from home environment.

Our well qualified teams are fully supported and have the resources they need to look after all of our resident’s needs.

We continue to hold significant stocks of PPE, such as aprons, gloves, face masks and all possible equipment to ensure safety at all times.

We are currently accepting new admissions and we are also working on a process of allowing close relatives to visit, whilst still maintaining social distancing according to the latest Government guidelines. In the meantime, our nurses and staff are happy to provide regular updates, pass on messages, arrange calls, to keep you in regular contact during these difficult times.

As always, we continue to have a range of stringent measures in place to maintain the safety of all of our homes. This includes a robust policy of risk assessment, screening of staff illnesses daily and we also now have access to testing. In addition, we have increased the stock of food and cleaning products to further ensure we are ready for all eventualities.

All of our four homes i.e. Treetops, St Bernadette’s, Rambla and Pinfold Lodge are fully open and we are able to safely help people move into all of our homes. Our administration department, which is working remotely, with calls diverted during working hours, are ready and waiting to respond to calls and any questions you may have will be dealt with effectively and promptly, with response times as normal.
